The 78-storey condominium tower standing 273 meters in height, is Canada’s tallest and largest single residential tower with approximately 120,000 m2 of residential space comprising of 985 suites. The residential portion of the tower is built above a three-storey podium of approximately 17,000 m2 of retail space. Amenities includes a fitness centre on level four - rooftop lounge & garden on level 5, 24/7 concierge & security, guest suites, and an on-site retail shopping centre.
