225 KING STREET WEST (Metro Centre)

225 King Street West is a 16 storey office building associated with the Metro Centre in Toronto. It is owned and operated by the Oxford Properties Group. The building has received LEED EB status. The EB program consisted of replacing the chillers, cooling towers, and ice storage unit with Deep Lake Water Cooling, energy management upgrades to the HVAC and Lighting Systems. The five year commissioning program was implemented with the first year completed. Services provided by CFMS included preparing the operational and commissioning plans, implementing the commissioning plans, identification of further improvements and preparing the LEED reports.
