The Sadlon Centre for Health and Wellness is a LEED Silver Certified new state of the art 184,000 square foot educational facility which brings together all of Georgian College’s health related discipline. Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs are contained within the facility to promote inter-disciplinary learning. The facility also includes teaching clinics which are open to the public.

HVAC systems include for:
× Condenser water plant complete with cooling towers
× Custom AHUs with SF & RF VFDs, heat recovery, glycol heating & humidification supply fresh air requirements to heat pumps
× Central heating plant for perimeter heating, heat pump loop water heat injection and miscellaneous hot water heating
× Heat pumps throughout the building
× Custom make-up air units provide make-up air to Lab Rooms equipped with fume hood exhaust systems
× Domestic hot water & recirculation loop provide tempered hot water throughout the building
