The single-pad arena with seating for 1000 spectators also has a library, community hall, cafe, field house and administration areas.
HVAC systems installed include a hot water heating system, glycol heating systems, air source heat pump with heat recovery for cooling , domestic hot water plant, rooftop units, dehumidification units, variable volume air handling units, in-floor heating, split A/C units, exhaust fans and miscellaneous cabinet and unit heaters. The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
Electrical systems installed include electrical distribution, emergency generator and distribution, and low voltage lighting control system and wireless clock system.
