CFMS Consulting Inc. was awarded the commissioning services project for the new Student Campus Centre at Ryerson University. Construction work was scheduled throughout 2005 and was completed in early 2006.
After CFMS began working on the project, the Ryerson requested that CFMS provide services for the heating system and air distribution renovations at Eric Palin Hall. The project was initiated in early 2005, with primary upgrades and was substantially completed in spring of 2006.
While focused on commissioning work with Eric Palin Hall, CFMS was requested to participate in the verification process of a much larger project, initially named the ‘Continuing Education Building’, located on Victoria Street. This project transitioned into full-time construction during the early months of 2005 and was substantially completed in June 2006. Upon public unveiling to students and faculty, the building was officially designated as the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education.
In late 2008, the next large project awarded to CFMS was for the Image Arts Building, located on the North West corner of Bond and Gould Streets. The building underwent major expansion and renovation. Construction was delayed until 2010 and completed in June 2012.
