SUNNYBROOK HEALTH SCIENCES CENTRE M WING GROUND FLOOR OR RENOVATIONS
The integration of three (3) new operating rooms and two (2) new ‘PACU’ areas within the Hospital’s existing ‘M Wing’ facility.
HVAC systems include for:
- Constant volume, 100% OA, heat recovery unit for cooling of ORs / PACUs in summer and heating / humidification of same in winter
- OR / PACU air terminal units for reheating of supply air to maintain space temperature
Services provided by CFMS:
- Verification of DDC system & BAS
- Performance testing of HVAC systems
- Co-ordination of mechanical equipment and systems training
- Preparation and presentation of systems operating manual
- Seasonal performance testing of HVAC systems
