Toronto Metropolitan University will soon be home to a new School of Medicine! Located in Brampton, the SoM will be housed in a tranformed Bramlea Civic Centre, a state-of-the-art medical school and primary care clinic. Project architect Diamond Schmitt engaged Two Row Architect to consult on Indigenous design elements. The school will feature active learning classrooms, lab and study spaces, library, event/gallery/maker spaces, communcal kitchen and a four-storey atrium. The main floor clinic will offer health care to the Brampton community.
Designed to LEED standards, CFMS is proud to be part of the team, providing commissioning for this exciting project due to open for the school year 2025.
