CFMS Consulting Inc. recently was made aware that two more projects CFMS provided LEED commissioning services for have achieved their LEED certification. Vaughan Civic Centre was awarded LEED Gold in October, and Orillia Public Library was awarded LEED Silver this January.
Vaughan Civic Centre is a multi-level building that includes the City Hall, city service offices, and features a reflecting pool/skating rink, gardens and a parkland.
The new Orillia Public Library houses extensive collections, group and individual study spaces, interactive exhibits, as well as offering community programs and accomodating diverse needs.
CFMS is pleased to have once again been part of the teams involved in both projects achieving their LEED certification goals.
