U of T Rotman School of Management South Building Surpasses Goal and Achieves LEED Gold Certification

When the new South Building at Rotman School of Management officially opened its doors in 2012, it was targeting LEED Silver Certification.  Last month it was announced that LEED Gold Certification was awarded.

Situated on St. George Street as part of the dynamic downtown University of Toronto Campus, the expansion of the Rotman School of Management provides state-of-the-art facilities designed with the well-being of faculty, staff, students and visitors in mind. The space incorporates a blend of the outdoors and indoors, with use of natural light, fresh air, a green roof, and an outdoor courtyard.  The interior space includes classrooms, study lounges, research centers, a multi-story atrium and an event facility – all in 9 storeys of prime urban space.

CFMS is pleased to have been part of a team that helped U of T Rotman School of Management exceed its goal, and achieve LEED Gold Certification.
