Toronto Metropolitan University's New School of Medicine was written up this week in a CBC article outlining how the school's mandate is to address the doctor shortage with a different approach to both application and programming. You can read the full article HERE.
We are proud to be providing the commissioning for this exciting project, located in Brampton and designed by DSAI in partnership with Two Row Architects.
The school is set to feature functional, flexible and collaborative active learning classrooms, lab and study spaces that will support various modes of pedagogy. The project is also designed to LEED standards, repurposing an existing building to reduce the construction footprint and minimize energy and greenhouse gas emissions, with the integration of on-site renewable energy sources.
